Using the very flexible and powerful Drupal content management system, Variant Studios built a site for Roosevelt High School that allowed collaboration and content management by faculty, staff and, most importantly, students. 

At the core of the site is a unique work flow system that allows teachers to create "assignments" for students, which after review and approval by the instructor can be published to the site.  Other features:
